The combination of prefabricated structures and a modular design allow us to provide houses quickly and cheaply.
At the moment, we are able to lower the costs for housing to around 1000 dollars per unit.
Housing NOW is Blue Temple’s latest project for affordable housing conducted in Myanmar.
The social initiative is focused on building bamboo houses for low-income families.
Within this initiative, we are developing a disruptive strategy for bamboo building, which allows us to produce innovative and economical homes.
This hybrid construction technique allows for combining the industrialization of prefabricated ‘structural frames’ with local construction of the remaining parts of the house, resulting in a large-scale, affordable and high-quality solution.

In March 2022, we started a crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. Thanks to the generous donations from our backers, we were able to build 6 modules for housing and offer those for free to communities in Myanmar.
This pilot project was the basis for further research and it was our first stepping stone in creating positive impact. From here, we will naturally expand to other areas and locations, gaining more experience, and improving our methods in order to further lower the price of each house.
